If you are looking to under go a home renovation or simply add an extension to your existing home then DP Architecture are here to help. 

Design 
You may already have an idea of the works you would like to carry out to your home to create more space and comfort. We will carry out a measure survey of the property to ensure we can fit your requirements and needs by providing drawing layouts and helping with design options. 
 
 

Planning 
If Planning Permission is required, we will advise what your local authority will allow and discuss the process in more detail. We will complete all the necessary paperwork, drawings and forms, submit the application to your local authority and liaise with them to secure a decision.

 

Construction
Not all projects require planning permission but all projects will require building regulations. We can provide construction drawings for the builder and submit the application to the local authority.
